Deleting your account permanently erases everything that identifies you: your phone number, vehicle details, trip history, recorded faults, health vitals, inspection reports, notifications, service reminders, appointment requests, shares with other drivers and the link to your garage. None of it can be recovered afterwards.
No access to the app? Email y28112000@gmail.com and give the account's phone number. Before deleting we will contact that number to confirm the request came from the account holder — an email on its own does not prove ownership of a phone number, and without that check anyone who knew your number could have your account destroyed. After the check, the account is deleted within 30 days.
Before deletion, an anonymous copy of the car's technical data (model, faults, trip summaries and health vitals) is kept to improve the app, with no phone number, name, licence plate, VIN or dates. Details are in section 8 of the privacy policy.
Operational backups are erased within the same 30-day window. The one-time purchase, if you made it, stays recorded on your store account (Google Play or Apple) and does not depend on the TakenLee account.
